Delivery Terms:

Delivery in Finland

For all in-stock products, normal delivery time is 1-2 days after dispatch.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days. If the dispatch time is significantly longer, we will attempt to contact the customer and inform them of the delay. 

We use Posti as our shipping service provider for all domestic deliveries.

Delivery cost for orders containing skis is 20€ per order.

Delivery cost for orders not containing skis (ex: bindings, waxes, spare parts, etc) is 10€ per order.

For items weighing less than 50 g (ex: ski straps or binding springs), the customer has the option to choose standard letter service from Posti for a cost of 3€ per order. Please note that this is a non-trackable form of shipment and OAC Skinbased cannot ensure deliver nor is responsible for any lost or missing packages.

Delivery in Sweden and the Baltics (EE, LV, LT)

For all in-stock products, normal delivery time is 5-14 days after dispatch.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days. If the dispatch time is significantly longer, we will attempt to contact the customer and inform them of the delay. 

We use Posti and GLS as our shipping service providers for all deliveries to Sweden and the Baltics.

Delivery cost for orders containing skis is 20€ per order.

Delivery cost for orders not containing skis (ex: bindings, waxes, spare parts, etc) is 10€ per order.

Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the products ordered and the shipment's final destination. The cost of the shipment will be clearly shown during the online checkout process before the purchase is finalized.

Delivery in U.S. and Canada

For all in-stock products, normal delivery time is 5-14 days after dispatch.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3-10 working days. 

We use FedEx and Purolator as our shipping service providers for all packages in the U.S. and Canada.

Delivery cost for orders containing skis is 25 USD/30 CAD per order.

Delivery cost for orders not containing skis (ex: bindings, waxes, spare parts, etc) is 12 USD/15 CAD per order (excluding U.S. and Canada).

Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the products ordered and the shipment's final destination. The cost of the shipment will be clearly shown during the online checkout process before the purchase is finalized.

Delivery in all other countries (countries excluding Finland, Sweden, U.S.A., Canada, and the Baltics)

For all in-stock products, normal delivery time is 5-14 days after dispatch.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3-10 working days. 

We use FedEx and GLS as our shipping service providers for all delivery destinations outside of Finland, Sweden, U.S.A., Canada, and the Baltics.

Delivery cost for orders containing skis is 20€ per order.

Delivery cost for orders not containing skis (ex: bindings, waxes, spare parts, etc) is 10€ per order.

Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the products ordered and the shipment's final destination. The cost of the shipment will be clearly shown during the online checkout process before the purchase is finalized.

Other Delivery Information

Dispatch time is the number of days it takes for us, OAC Finland, and/or our distributor, to post the item after your order payment has cleared. The dispatch time is separate from the transit time (the number of days the delivery service takes to deliver the parcel to you). 

Working days for dispatching orders include normal weekdays. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, nor major holidays. Delivery times do not include Sundays or major holidays, but may include Saturdays, as determined by the delivery service provider.

If any item you ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We will charge for any non-collected shipments. The charge consists of the original delivery price + return cost. 

Missing Order

Unfortunately, sometimes orders get delayed, misplaced, or otherwise lost. If you have been waiting an unusually long time for your order to arrive, please begin by checking the order confirmation email, as well as the dispatch and delivery times listed above. Should this not resolve the problem, please contact us directly by email.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, most likely an error occurred during the payment process. Again, please contact us via email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

While we ship products to nearly anywhere in the world, there are some destinations to which we can not deliver. We apologize for the inconvenience.

VAT, Taxes, and Duties

Orders with a destination within the EU e-commerce area will have the VAT automatically applied and will be reflected in each item’s list price. 

For orders outside of the EU e-commerce area, we may be required to charge applicable taxes. The tax rate will vary and may or may not be reflected in the item's listed price. If not already reflected in the listed price, the sales tax will be added to the order total during the checkout process before the purchase is finalized. Some authorities require us to charge tax only on the products purchased, while for others we must additionally include all shipping and handling charges. We are required to follow the rules of each jurisdiction.

Please note that the recipient is responsible for the payment of any additional duties, taxes, or fees related to the parcel. For more information, please contact your local customs office and/or taxing authority.
